Amanat Hadi: Menjawab kenyataan ISMA — Muhammad Ali Rajaie Jamaludin
Al Ma'idah, 44:
Sesungguhnya Kami telah menurunkan Kitab Taurat, yang mengandungi petunjuk dan cahaya yang menerangi; dengan Kitab itu nabi-nabi yang menyerah diri (kepada Allah) menetapkan hukum bagi orang-orang Yahudi, dan (dengannya juga) ulama mereka dan pendita-penditanya (menjalankan hukum Allah), sebab mereka diamanahkan memelihara dan menjalankan hukum-hukum dari Kitab Allah (Taurat) itu, dan mereka pula adalah menjadi penjaga dan pengawasnya (dari sebarang perubahan). Oleh itu janganlah kamu takut kepada manusia tetapi hendaklah kamu takut kepadaKu (dengan menjaga diri dari melakukan maksiat dan patuh akan perintahKu); dan janganlah kamu menjual (membelakangkan) ayat-ayatKu dengan harga yang sedikit (kerana mendapat rasuah, pangkat dan lain-lain keuntungan dunia); dan sesiapa yang tidak menghukum dengan apa yang telah diturunkan oleh Allah (kerana mengingkarinya), maka mereka itulah orang-orang kafir.

8 JAN — Kenyataan rasmi ISMA yang dibacakan oleh Presidennya Abdullah Zaik Abdul Rahman pada 4 Januari 2013 yang meminta Datuk Seri Tuan Guru Abdul Hadi Awang menarik kembali Amanat Haji Hadi adalah dengan ini dirujuk.
ISMA tidak cermat dengan mengatakan bahawa Majlis Fatwa Kebangsaan melalui fatwanya pada 25 Julai 2002 telah mengharamkan Amanat Haji Hadi.
Hakikatnya, Majlis Fatwa Kebangsaan tidak pernah mengeluarkan sebarang fatwa secara spesifik berkaitan Amanat Haji Hadi sepertimana yang didakwa oleh pihak ISMA. Fakta ini perlu diperbetulkan dengan segera demi menjaga nama baik para mufti, Majlis Fatwa Kebangsaan dan nama ISMA sendiri.
ISMA juga tidak cermat di dalam meneliti Amanat Hadi apabila menyatakan bahawa kalimah “jihad”, “syahid” dan “kafir” di dalam Amanat tersebut sebagai ajakan untuk menggunakan kekerasan sebagaimana memerangi golongan bughah dan khawarij.
Abdul Hadi di dalam Amanat tersebut tidak pernah mengajak orang awam untuk menggunakan sebarang bentuk kekerasan. Kenyataan ISMA ini adalah satu tokok tambah untuk terus mencipta persepsi yang tiada kebenarannya. Malah ianya menampakkan persepsi sempit sesetengah dari kita umat Islam yang mengaitkan “jihad”, “syahid” dan “kafir” hanya dengan kekerasan sedangkan konsep Jihad itu adalah luas.
Di dalam Amanat tersebut, Abdul Hadi menggunakan kalimah “kita” yang dengan jelas menunjukkan bahawa beliau menujukan peringatan secara umum bahawa men“suku”kan agama boleh mendatangkan kekufuran. Peringatan ini pula adalah bersandarkan kepada nas al-Quran dari Surah al-Maidah ayat 44 dan selari pula dengan pandangan ulama’ muktabar seperti Syeikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyyah, Syeikh Abd al Aziz ibn. Baz dan ramai lagi.
Pandangan Mufti Pulau Pinang Datuk Seri Hassan Ahmad yang dipetik oleh sebuah suratkhabar hari ini juga amat menarik untuk disoroti. Beliau berkata sebarang keputusan dan fatwa berkaitan dengan Amanat Hadi perlulah mengikut prosedur termasuklah dengan memanggil Abdul Hadi untuk memberi penjelasan.
Berdasarkan kepada pandangan beliau itu, maka fatwa yang diwartakan di negeri Melaka yang mengharamkan Amanat Hadi besar kemungkinannya tidak mengikut prosedur kerana tidak pernah memanggil Abdul Hadi untuk memberi keterangan.
Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Fatwa negeri Melaka tidak memberi keadilan kepada yang dituduh ketika menghukum dan oleh itu satu semakan amat wajar dilakukan.
ISMA juga haruslah seimbang di dalam penilaian mereka yakni bukan sekadar mengulas fatwa politik tetapi turut cakna mendesak kerajaan agar serius menangani isu kebejatan sosial, ekonomi dan rasuah yang semakin membarah di dalam negara kita ini.

'Najib abused power in defence centre award'
PKR has accused Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak of abuse of power while he was defence minister, for granting the RM100 million National Defence Research Centre (Puspahanas) project to an unqualified company. The said company, Selangor Umno Wanita chief Raja Ropiaah Raja Abdullah's Awan Megah Sdn Bhd, has been dormant since 1993 according to a Companies Commission search, said PKR strategies director Rafizi Ramli today. "This means between 1994 until now, Awan Megah has not done any transaction and has remained as an inactive company," he told a press conference at the PKR headquarters this morning.'
