Not sure what the "LA" stands for, but the place is located conveniently near the East Coast Mall and right infront is the City's open Stadium. The "Pasar Malam" is a walking distance every Saturday night n in the morning within the vicinity of the stadium is the "Pasar Tani" every Sunday morning. Room rates is RM 95.00. It was RM 70.00 in Feb 2008. Guess it went up just as the petrol price went up as well.
